If you need or want to live together with your extended family, you’re not alone! In fact, you're part of an increasing number of Canadians choosing homes for multi-generational living

So, if you’ve been looking for a new home designed for your large family, we might have the perfect option for you. Floor Plan Features for Multi-Generational Living Palamino Image

The Palomino

With 2,036 square feet of living space, the Palomino offers extended families plenty of room. This model’s flexible design is available in both three or four-bedroom options and is ideal for larger families who still want enough room for an office space or for overnight guests.

The open design of the main floor is perfect for social gatherings, as the kitchen and dining room flow into a large great room. The front attached garage is large enough for two full-sized vehicles, and the interior connection to the home's foyer adds an extra level of security and safety.

Upstairs, there's a roomy master bedroom with a three-piece en-suite and walk-in closet. In addition, there are three other rooms on the second level (with the option for a fourth) - perfect for children, parents, and/or guests. What’s more, secondary full bath guarantees there'll never be any dispute over who gets to shower first.

Upstairs, you’ll come across three bedrooms, including a large master, and a generous loft space that can be converted into a home office or extra bedroom. The Dawson also features a full bath upstairs as well as a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom in the master.
