Two-Storey

Two-Storey homes provide the largest living space of our collection. A bonus of this is larger homes tend to have more options! Pacesetter Homes offers Two-Storey plans for both front attached and lane homes. Front attached homes have a front attached garage and laned homes have the option of building a backyard garage.

Laned homes offer a great price incentive as the majority of the time the price of the lots are lower than that of front drive.  We have 3 bedroom laned home models that range from 1309 to 1604 sq. ft. that come in a wide variety of floor plans to suite most families. Some of our laned models even come with charming front porches!

Our most popular category is front attached homes.  These homes are typically built on larger lots to accommodate the front attached garage.  There are a huge range of floor plan configurations that have 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms and range from 1366 to 2219 sq. ft.  If you don’t see exactly what you like, talk to the Sales Rep. about making some adjustments. It’s often possible to move walls or add doors to create a different feel to a home.

Townhouses have multiple units that are available in a wide variety of floor plan and finishing options.  Since the building of so many units occurs at once, it allows builders to have multiple units available as quick possession homes.  These units can come with single front attached garages or individual rear single garages.  Townhouses are a great option for first-time home buyers and those looking to downsize from single home since they are often more affordable due to cost sharing of building one building rather than two completely separate individual homes. Pacesetter has townhouses that range from 1218 sq. ft. to 1372 sq. ft.  

Adding Extra Space

Everyone wants the most bang for their buck, and more living space is always a popular request. That’s why each of these floor plans allows you to have a finished basement. This adds around 400 to 1,000 square feet to the total square footage of the home. These designs add extra bedrooms, bathrooms, or recreational rooms. Maybe you’d like to use it for a man cave or a home theatre. 

The possibilities are endless. Finishing the basement does add to the overall cost of the home, but it's something to consider when budgeting for your home.
